BRIEF: Port Neches offices closed Monday

PORT NECHES — The City of Port Neches said all city offices will be closed Monday (Feb. 15) for President’s Day.
There will be no garbage or trash pick-up on this day
Pick-up will resume on the next regularly scheduled day.
