GROVES — Nick Tran with the City of Groves attaches Christmas lights to the gazebo at Celebration Park in Groves on Tuesday.
The park is under the care of the Groves Beautification Committee and will once again host the Groves Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, sans program, on Dec. 4.
