Jefferson County indictments dotted with drug charges

BEAUMONT — Drug charges topped the list of crimes in this week’s indictments handed down by a Jefferson County grant jury.

  • Jonathan Michael Lee, 33, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 23.
  • Juan A. Diaz, 51, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 16.
  • John G. Gisclar, also known as John Gastaun Gisclar and Johnny Gastaun Gisclar, 27, of Orange was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 23.
  • Shelly Granger, 49, of Vidor was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Dec. 28.
  • Kynyotta Roshelle Green, also known as Kynyotta Rochelle Green, 43, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Dec. 5.
  • Chondray Jaamal Hulin, 29, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Sept. 20.
  • Hannah Gayle Jackson, 23, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Dec. 22.
  • Jacob Gayle Viator, 22, of Dayton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Dec. 22.
  • Clemente Castro Hernandez, also known as Clemente Hernandez and Clemente Hernandez Castro, 22, transient, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Dec. 9.

 

Other non-drug related indictments include:

  • Travis Forest Lewis, also known as Travis F. Lewis and Travis Lewis, 38, of Port Arthur was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred April 20.
  • Travis Forest Lewis, also known as Travis F. Lewis and Travis Lewis, 38, of Port Arthur was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred March 11.
  • Monte Denby, 17, of Port Arthur was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred April 25.
  • Thelma Kaye Gilbert, also known as Thelma Kay Gilbert and Thelma Gilbert, 40, of Beaumont was indicted for credit/debit card abuse for an incident that occurred Jan. 6.
  • Aldo Gonzalez-Aguilar, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred April 28.
  • Eric Holman, also known as Alvin Eugene Ramsey Jr. and Alvin Eugene Ramsey, 40, of Beaumont was indicted for fraudulent use of identifying information for an incident that occurred March 29.
  • Keyaerio Cook-Johnson, also known as Keyaeiro Shenel Cook-Johnson, Keke Cook-Johnson and Keyaeiro Shenell Cook-Johnson, 30, transient, was indicted for assault on a peace officer for an incident that occurred April 8.
  • Joy Marie Jones, 44, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred April 14.
  • Jerry Jones, 58, of Nome was indicted for stalking family member for an incident that occurred March 30.
  • Temeko L. Laday, 42, transient, was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Feb. 1.
  • Michael Craig Land, 33, of Nederland was indicted for aggravated assault/family violence for an incident that occurred April 28.
  • Wilbert Sereal Harrison, also known as Wilbert Harrison, 35, of Port Arthur was indicted for assault on a family member for an incident that occurred May 28.
  • Monica Monique Haynes, also known as Monica Jenkins Haynes, Monica Nettles and Monica M. Bennett, 45, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred June 14.
  • Floyd Hill, 52, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Jan. 19.
  • Floyd Hill, 52, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred April 11.
  • Curtis Crawford, 23, of Beaumont was indicted for abandoning a child for an incident that occurred Sept. 29.
  • Dalton Darrow Kirk, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for indecency with a child for an incident that occurred Nov. 29.
  • Dalton Darrow Kirk, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child for an incident that occurred Nov. 19.
  • Derek Messer, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for injury to a child for an incident that occurred Sept. 9.
