  • Charles Beard, 24, evading arrest and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle

July 6

  • A person was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 2000 block of Port Neches Avenue.
  • Identity theft was reported in the 2400 block of 10th Street.
  • An assault was reported in the 3100 block of Merriman.

  • Theft was reported in the 3000 block of Eighth Street.

July 8

  • Theft was reported in the 2900 block of Nall.
  • A person was arrested for evading arrest/detention and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the intersection of Merriman and East Kitchen.
  • Criminal mischief was reported in the 1700 block of Hebert Woods.

July 9

  • Theft was reported in the 600 block of Block Street.
  • Identity theft was reported in the 2600 block of Hampton.
  • Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information was reported in the 800 block of Magnolia.

  • Criminal mischief was reported in the 100 block of Block Street.
  • Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Ridgewood.
  • An information report was made in the 1100 block of Sun.
  • Criminal mischief was reported in the 1500 block of Welch.
  • Theft was reported in the 1900 block of Nall.

  • An assault was reported in the 2100 block of Merriman.
  • Four counts of assault were reported in the 800 block of Ridgewood.
  • An assault was reported in the 1000 block of Dearing.
