Robert “Bobby” Alex Abraham, 57 of Port Arthur passed away Saturday, July, 11, 2020 at UTMB Galveston.

Bobby was born at St Mary Hospital on November 21, 1962 to Lincoln and Dorrie Abraham. He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1981.

He loved volunteering at the Hospitality Center.

He served as a Knight of the Altar at St. Joseph Catholic Church, where he was recognized by the Catholic Charities of SE Texas for outstanding work.

He was a proud A.C.T.S brother, served as a Eucharistic Minister at local nursing homes and a member of the American Legion.

Bobby loved to ride his bike, play bingo, bowl, singing karaoke and fish.

Of course, he was the Dallas Cowboys #1 fan!

Bobby was loved by everyone and was always willing to help!

Bobby was preceded in death by his dad, Louis Lincoln Abraham and sister in law, Christie Tremonte.

He is survived by his mom Dorrie Abraham of Port Arthur; brother, Art and his wife, Michelle of Flower Mound, nieces and nephew, Kaitlyn of Carrollton, Krista, Kody and Kyla of Flower Mound; brother, Paul of Bridge City and girlfriend, Christina Vara and daughter, Bea Bea.

A gathering of friends and family will take place from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2020, at St. Joseph Catholic Church located at 4600 Procter Street in Port Arthur with Christian Vigil Service to be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the church.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 17, 2020, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Port Arthur with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves, Texas.
