Ollie Kennerson was born January 8, 1930 in Lawtell Louisiana to the late Eugene and Virgie Kennerson.

He was 90 years old when he departed this earth on Monday July 6, 2020.

Ollie was preceded in death by his parents, one son Murray Kennerson; six sisters Wilda Sam, Earline Ned, Bernadette Broussard, Agnes Carrier, Irene Bellard, and Beatrice Lastrape; five brothers, Clarence Kennerson, Sr., Narcisse Kennerson and Nelson Kennerson.

He is survived by three sons Marvin (Deloris) of San Antonio, TX, Kerry (Florence) of Clute, TX and Mark of Green Acres, FL; one daughter Darlene of Houston, Texas, eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; one brother Felton of Port Arthur, TX; one sister Wilma Sam of Opelousas, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2020 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.

Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.
