Port Arthur SERTOMA, Hospitality Center smoke chicken for those in need

Catholic Charities Hospitality Center partnered with Port Arthur SERTOMA Wednesday to provide specialty-smoked chicken to pass out to the communities elderly, poor, disabled and homeless persons.
