Groves resident named 5Point teller contact center manager

Carley Cox has been promoted to teller contact center manager for 5Point Credit Union, according to President/CEO Erik M. Shaw.

Cox has been employed with 5Point for more than 10 years and has 16 years of experience working in financial institutions.

Her previous roles include teller, member service representative, collector, contact center specialist, full service representative, technical trainer and assistant call center manager.

She is a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont with a bachelor’s degree in general studies.

Cox resides in Groves with her family.
