4) two years of financial reports that conform to the best accounting practices and standards identified in the Business Organization Code.

Crime Stoppers, which serves Port Arthur and Mid-County, is a civilian nonprofit organization devoted to operating an anonymous tip line about fugitives and/or criminal activity.

It is based on the idea that “someone other than the criminal has information that can help solve a crime”. It breaks down the largest obstacles in getting people to provide information — fear of reprisal and apathy.

Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas offers cash rewards for tips leading to the arrest of suspected perpetrators, and guarantees that all tips remain completely anonymous.
