Mrs. Julia Ethel Hill Carter, daughter of the late Henry and Virginia P. Hill, was born on March 20, 1940 in New Iberia, Louisiana.

She departed this life on Sunday, June 21, 2020 at Mid Jefferson Extended Care Hospital at the age of 80.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Carter. She leaves to cherish her memories; two daughters, Jennifer Hulin and Sonya Williams Hulin both of Port Arthur, TX; and one son, Michael (Felicia) Hulin of San Diego, CA and a host of other loving family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Live Oak Memorial Park on July 3, 2020 at 12:00 p.m.
