BEAUMONT — 5 Under Golf Center announced the appointment of Craig Harrington as the general manager for the Beaumont facility.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Harrington will oversee operations for 5 Under’s food and beverage program, Topgolf Swing Suite simulators and Toptracer Range outdoor bays.

This also includes the restaurant’s outdoor patio area that features live music, outdoor bar and an upcoming outdoor yard game area featuring cornhole, washers and more.

“We are very excited to welcome Craig to our team at 5 Under Golf,” Austin Williams, President of 5 Under, said. “Craig brings a high level of customer service and years of experience from his time at Vic & Anthony’s. Not only will he bring a tighter focus on customer service and relationships to our team, but he also acts as a great role model for our employees and vendors who come into contact with him.”

For the past 10 years, Harrington worked at Vic & Anthony’s in both Houston and Lake Charles locations.

He was awarded general manager of the year in both 2018 and 2019. Prior to joining 5 Under, Harrington also held the title of general manager at Goode’s Armadillo Palace and assistant general manager of Truluck’s in Houston.

Originally from Vidor, Harrington made his way back to Southeast Texas and is bringing along with him his passion for hospitality and customer service.
