An arrest unrelated to the collision was made at the scene. A man, whose name was not released, was charged with interfering with the duties of a public servant and resisting arrest.

Hebert said the man had walked up to the scene and had no connection with anybody in the vehicle.

The business was boarded up and shuttered on Monday.
