Kirk VanAllen Chavis departed this life on May 28, 2020 at his residence in Port Arthur, Texas surrounded by family and loved ones.

Funeral Services will be held at the Mount Sinai Baptist Church, 501 W. Thomas Boulevard, Port Arthur, Texas on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 11:00 am.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, limited seating capacity, masking, and social distancing will be observed.

Burial will be at the Hollywood Cemetery, Orange Texas.
