The angels in heaven sang as Jaylon Howard (Monkey) departed this life according to God’s appointed time on April 15, 2020.

Jaylon Howard was born December 21, 1993 in Port Arthur, Texas where he resided for 26 years.

“Monkey”, as he was affectionately known, was a 2012 graduate from Memorial High School, where he played football.

He attended Trinity Valley College in Athens, Texas for two years.

Jaylon leaves to cherish precious memories, his children, Jei’Lynn Howard of Rhode Island and Jaylon Howard Jr. of Port Arthur, TX; his father, Joseph Howard (Evelyn); his mother, Mary Laurent Howard (Joyce); one brother, Marlon Laurent; one sister, Lakeshia Williams all of Port Arthur, TX; his girlfriend, Ryyon Bruton of Port Arthur, TX; a special friend, Alexandra Abraham; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be Saturday, May 2, 2020 at Live Oak Cemetery with Apostle Barbara Evans officiating.
