CSL Plasma in Port Arthur provides life-saving, compensation opportunities

CSL Plasma is a collector of human plasma, and all of its 249 locations are recognized as Essential Critical Infrastructure during the COVID-19 Response.

Donors that are in good health as described in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines are welcome to donate.

Approved donors will receive compensation for their time while providing plasma that will ensure the patient population with rare and serious diseases can live stronger, healthy lives.

CSL Plasma’s Port Arthur center is located at 4997 N. Twin City Highway, Suite 130.

Call 409-300-3201 for more information. The location is open Mondays-Fridays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

New donors can earn up to $400 a month. Compensation and promotions for eligible, qualified donors vary by location and weight.

The collection process takes approximately 90 minutes.

New donors should provide:

  • A valid government-issued identification (example: driver’s license, military ID, etc.)
  • Proof of social security number (example: social security card)
  • Proof of local residency (example: piece of mail postmarked in the past 30 days, current lease, utility bill, etc.)

The supplies used in collecting the plasma are sterile and are used only once. This ensures everything that comes in contact with your blood is safe.
