The Hughen Center is terminating all present and future business operations for The Hebert Adult Day Care Program on May 31.

The Hebert Adult Center services Port Arthur residents and surrounding communities as a licensed adult day care facility providing weekly services in physical, mental, medical and social needs.

In a press release, a Bob Hope official noted the closure is due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

The Board of Directors of The Hughen Center, Inc. wanted to thank the community, clients and staff at the Hughen Center for their support and hard work.

Participants of the program will be assisted in finding other facilities to provide appropriate services.
