The risk level rises to 30 percent for southeast Texas, southwest Louisiana and south central Louisiana on Sunday.

Officials said all of the regions have the potential for strong EF2+ tornadoes.

According to Erickson, “have a plan to take shelter if a tornado warning is issued for your area.”
