Frank Hector Jr., 89, of Port Arthur, TX passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

He was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur, TX with the exception of a few years when he resided in Charenton, LA.

Bro. Hector was a faithful member of New St. John Baptist Church, where he served as chairman of deacon board,
member of Laymen’s, purchaser and head custodian.

He retired from Neches Butane.

Bro. Hector is preceded in death by his parents, Frank Sr. and Viola Jacko; his wife of 45 years, Juanita Hector; and son, Frank Hector III.

He is survived by three daughters, Elsivena Christian-Babineaux, Houston, TX, Deborah Christian, Valeta Tatmon (Johnny); two sons, Delbert Christian (Sandra), and Arnold Keith Hector (Kathy); one sister, Bobbie Barriere all of Port Arthur, TX; nine grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and a host of other
relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be Saturday, April 11, 2020 at Live Oak Cemetery.
