She was born on January 20, 1966 to Kenneth L. and JoAnn Evans.

She graduated with the Class of 1984 from Lincoln High School Port Arthur, TX.

Kay Kay worked in Billing and Coding prior to her failing health.

She was a faithful member of The Church at Bethel Family of Houston, TX.

Preceded in death by Mother JoAnn Bell Evans and Father Kenneth Evans Sr. Siblings Debbie Sinegal and Nathan Granger.
