Meeting for Montrose residents postponed

The city of Port Arthur has postponed all community meetings related to the Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Relief acquisition program indefinitely.

A Wednesday meeting for residents of Montrose 1 and Montrose 2 subdivisions has been canceled and will be rescheduled.

Bishop Byrne All-Year Class Reunion postponed

Bishop Byrne High School Alumni Association has postponed its All-Year Class Reunion, which was scheduled for Saturday.

A future date for the event has not been announced at this time. An official with the organization said 715 people had signed-up to attend.
