Shelia Mae Francis-White was born to Andrew Francis and Lydia Trahan-Francis on September 5, 1964 in Port Arthur, TX.

She was a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School C/O 1983.

Shelia departed this earthly life on March 8,2020 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

Shelia had such a big heart and extended her love to everyone she met.

She will be remembered for her many acts of kindness and love that was shown to all.

She was preceded in death by her father Andrew Francis, mother Lydia Trahan-Francis, two sisters Dolores F. Arceneaux and Gail F. Jefferson.

Forever cherishing her memory, one daughter Dekore Francis of  Port Arthur, TX, two sons Shaquille (Shaq) White Miller of Orange, TX and  Kevontae (Budda) Reynolds of Port Arthur, TX, one grandson Syian Maze Miller, one granddaughter Ava Reynolds, two sisters Lois (Issac) Denton of Beaumont, TX and Geneva Mayfield of Groves, TX, one brother Joseph Riley Francis of Rayne, LA and a host of nieces, nephews and special friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Port Arthur, TX.

Viewing will be from 12:00 Noon-2:00PM. Service will begin at 2:00PM. Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.
