• Clemente Hernandez, also known as Clemente Hernandez Castro and Clemente Castro Hernandez, 22, transient, was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred Aug. 21.
• Eric Dewayne Frasier, also known as Eric Dwayne Frasier and Eric Frasier, 41, of Groves was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Dec. 26.
• Letitia Denay Tanker, 26, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Jan. 1.

• Timothy Gerald Jones, also known as Timothy Gerard Jones and Timothy Jones, 50, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Jan. 12.
• Henry Joseph, also known as Joseph Henry, 45, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a building for an incident that occurred Jan. 15.
• Raymond W. Holmes, also known as Raymond Wayne Holmes and John Wayne Davis, 51, of Beaumont was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for an incident that occurred Dec. 23.
• Asia Raylnn Jones, 30, of Port Arthur was indicted for injury to an elderly individual for an incident that occurred Oct. 6.
• Adasha Keishona Palmer James, 32, of Beaumont was indicted for retaliation for an incident that occurred Jan. 29.

• Brian Kenneth Manuel, also known as Brian Manuel, Bryan Manuel Kenneth, Brian Koenith Manuel and Bryan Manuel Keneth, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Sept. 9.
• Marcus Glen Alpough, also know as Marcus Kemper, 34, of Port Arthur was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Jan. 2.
• Tyrone Martin Parker, also known as Carlos Johnson, Carlos Parker and Tyrone M. Parker, 42, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred Nov. 16.
• Brandon Lee Haskins, 43, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred Dec. 3.
• Curtis Jacob Littrell, also known as Curtis Littrell, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred June 9.
• Damian Bailey, 23, of groves was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, for an incident that occurred May 1.

• Keith Wayne Dyer, 60, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Nov. 26.
• Walter Route, 57, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Dec. 3.

An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.
