Jefferson County indictments for Jan. 29

The following individuals were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week
- Kameron Grigsby, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child for an incident that occurred July 6, 2018.
- Devon Andre Martin, 31, of Port Arthur was indicted for endangering a child for an incident that occurred July 5.
- Tyrone D. Mattox, 18, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery fro an incident that occurred Nov. 24.
- Jamil Jamol Gums, 33, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Dec 17.
- Tiffany Cheree Hopkins, 39, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft, aggregation amounts, for incidents that occurred on or about Sept. 1, 2018 to on or about Nov. 30, 2018.
- Adrian Frank Villafano, 32, of Vidor was indicted for endangering a child for an incident that occurred Aug. 6.

- Tia S. Cooksey, 20, of Duncanville, was indicted for abandoning a child for an incident that occurred Sept. 2.

- Richard Lee Anderson, also known as Richard Anderson, 32, transient, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child for an incident that occurred Oct. 2, 2018.
- Nathaine Jermaine Collins, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for injury to a disabled individual for an incident that occurred Nov. 28.
- Delano Sigarst, also known as Delano Sigarst Jr., 55, of Beaumont was indicted for injury to a child for an incident that occurred Feb. 20.
- Ricky Lynn Woodard Jr., 39, of Bridge City, was indicted for riving while intoxicated with child passenger for an incident that occurred Dec. 21.
- Michael Terrence Dalco Sr., 64, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Oct. 19.
- Bruce Alan Hallman, also known as Bruce Hallman, 53, of Baytown was indicted for felony riving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred May 14.
- Taylor Wayne Rodriguez, 23, transient, was indicted for evading arrest/detention with previous convictions for an incident that occurred
Nov. 30.
- Rafer Bowman, also known as Rafer Earl Bowman, Rafer E. Bowman, Rafer Carl Bowman, Rayford Bowman and Ratford Bowman, 58, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Dec. 19.
- Terrance Jamal Bass, 26, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred July 17.
- Thomas Rodriguez, also known as Thomas Rodriguez III, 36, of Nacogdoches, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred May 11.
- Justin Wayne Sanford, also known as Justin Sanford, 38, of Nederland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, for an incident that occurred March 21.
- Dallan Reis Segura, 21, of Winnie was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred July 17.
- Derrick K. Stevens, 41, of Austin, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Aug. 6.
- Riley Paul Victor, 17, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, for an incident that occurred May 17.
An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.
