- The U.S. Coast Guard posted the colors at the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce 118th Annual Banquet on Jan. 29, 2018, at the Carl Parker Center at Lamar State College Port Arthur.
Tickets for the Greater Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce’s 120th annual banquet on Jan. 29 at the Bob Bowers Civic Center are available.
Verna Rutherford will be honored as the Arthur E. Stilwell Award recipient. A social will begin at 6 p.m. with the dinner program from 7-9 p.m.
Ticket prices are $60 for individual, $750 for Silver sponsor (table of 10), $1,000 for Gold sponsor (table of 10) and $1,500 for Platinum sponsor (table of 10).

The last day to register is Jan. 24.
Walk-ins will not be accepted.
