Jefferson County indictments for the week of Dec. 4

The following individuals were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week:

  • Davon Achord, 18, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred July 27.
  • Christopher Lynell Como, 17, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred July 27.
  • Pablo Rodriguez Jr., 18, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred July 27.
  • Brenden Shields, 18, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred July 27.
  • Akilia Jameka Bell, 27, of Beaumont was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Nov. 30, 2018.
  • Jerry Paul Fontenot Sr., also known as Jerry Paul Fontenot and Thomas Lee Carrier, 42, of Beaumont was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred Oct. 2.
  • Travis Jeray Deshotel, also known as Travis J. Deshotel, 34, of Beaumont was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred Oct. 22.
  • Jermon Brice Johnson, 38, of Port Arthur was indicted for aggravated robbery for an incident that occurred Oct. 13.
  • Rafer Earl Bowman, also known as Rayford Bowman, Ratford Bowman, Rafer E. Bowman, Rafer Carl Bowman, and Rafer Carl Bowmin, 58, of Beaumont was indicted for tampering with physical evidence for an incident that occurred Oct. 23.
  • Jonah Davis Morgan, 23, of Channelview, was indicted for assault on a peace officer for an incident that occurred July 11.
  • Schelbie J. Pryor, 17, of Beaumont was indicted for assault on a peace officer for an incident that occurred July 21.
  • Schelbie J. Pryor, 17, of Beaumont was indicted for harassment of a public servant: correction or detention facility for an incident that occurred July 21.
  • Schelbie J. Pryor, 17, of Beaumont was indicted for assault on a peace officer for an incident that occurred July 21.
  • James Richard Sehon, 54, of Port Neches was indicted for assault-family violence/choking for an incident that occurred Sept. 15.
  • James David Trager, also known as James Trager, 35, of Dayton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 10.
  • James David Trager, also known as James Trager, 35, of Killeen was indicted for felony diving while intoxicated for an incident that occurred Jan. 19.
  • Leroy Antrise Washington, 39, transient, was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Sept. 21.

  • Jemari Domenique White, 28, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred July 17.
  • David Lionell Jackson, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Aug. 15.
  • Mark Dalyn Papania, 50, of Nederland was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Nov. 7.
  • Sunny Lynn Wilson, 37, of Groves was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Sept. 10.
  • Clayton Wayne Drake, 46, of Orange was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Jan. 20, 2018.
  • Melody Cole Humphrey, 52, of Nome was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Feb. 4.
  • Angel Pena, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, for an incident that occurred April 20.
  • John William Poydence, 34, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred May 28.
  • Torrian Jerell Williams, 28, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred April 26.
  • Torrian Jerell Williams, 28, of Port Arthur was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred April 3.
  • Brittney Lynette Williams, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred March 24, 2018.
  • Bobbie Lynn Woodard, 46, of Nederland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred March 23.
