Pups in Peril: Rusty too good not to be with a family

Published 12:06 am Friday, November 22, 2019

Rusty has been with us since May 2018, and that is just entirely too long and unfair for a dog this great to be in a rescue and not in a happy loving forever home.

Rusty came to us as a cruelty case and very malnourished. He is a pointer mix (we think) and around 1-2 years old.

He is heartworm negative, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, crate trained, quiet and good with other dogs his size as he can be a bit rough in his play for maybe smaller dogs.

He is good with children but, again, can be a bit rough in his play so older children would probably be best. He is an energetic boy but super sweet.
