A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following individuals this week

  • Christopher Como, 17, of Port Arthur was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred July 31.
  • Davon Achord, 18, of Port Arthur was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred July 31.
  • Jeanetta Loya, 39, of Port Arthur was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred July 31.
  • Christopher Delasbour, 17, of Port Arthur was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred July 31.
  • Ismael Loya, 38, of Port Arthur was indicted for engaging in organized criminal activity for an incident that occurred July 31.

  • Allan Ontiveros Cervantes, 27, of Port Arthur was indicted for assault-family violence/choking for an incident that occurred Sept. 13.
  • Gary Bryant Coker, 39, transient, was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred Oct. 19.
  • Jimmy Jerald Faulk, 36, transient, was indicted for harassment of a public servant” correction or detention facility for an incident that occurred Aug. 26.
  • Larry Darnell Johnson, 59, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony theft with prior theft convictions for an incident that occurred Sept. 24.
  • Ryan Christopher Bean, 26, of Nederland was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Oct 4.
  • Gary Wright, 20, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred May 4.
  • Jeremy Jamol Bernard, 32, of Dickerson, Texas, was indicted for unlawful possession of firearm by felon for an incident that occurred May 23.
