PORT NECHES — The Jefferson County Republican Party announced the names of three candidates that have filed for the upcoming primary ballot for the March 3 election.

They include:

• Jefferson County Tax assessor Collector, incumbent Allison Nathan Getz
• Constable Precinct 4, incumbent Bryan Werner
• Constable Precinct 7, incumbent Robert “Bobby” Adams Jr.

“We are proud to offer Jefferson County voters viable candidates and have a balanced 2-party system in our area. We look forward to an exciting primary campaign season with robust discussions about issues facing our county,” Judy Nichols, chairman of the Jefferson County Republican Party, said.
