In a Special Executive Session today, Port Arthur’s Mayor and City Council members met to discuss the search process and deliberate the appointment of a City Manager.

By the end of the meeting, the members narrowed the field for the next City Manager down to four candidates: Terrence Arrington, Ronald Burton, Scott Moore and DeCarlon Seewood.
