Jeremy Keith Scott, 36, of Port Arthur, TX passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, TX.

He was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur and did construction work.

Jeremy grew up in New Hope Baptist Church, where he was very active in the youth department and the music ministry.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Perez Scott; parents, Bruce and Ruby Scott; two children, Sakyra Perez and Jeremiah Scott; sister, Mavis Scott and brother, Joseph Scott all of Port Arthur, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, November 1, 2019 at New Hope Baptist Church, 549 W. Gulfway Drive, Port Arthur, TX with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
