Anne Castille, age 96, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Saturday October 26, 2019.

Anne was a native of Oakland, CA and a resident of Port Arthur for more than 70 years.

She and her husband were longtime parishioners of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Anne is survived by; daughter Susan late husband Richard Bane of Orange; daughters, Nicole Vicha and husband Steven, of Cypress and Stacey Olson and her late husband Dr. Michael Olson, of Beaumont, grandchildren, Kaylan Vicha, Kylie Vicha, Chloe Olson, and Layla Olson.

Anne was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years John Harold Castille; her parents, Eva and Bartual Milat; her brothers Peter Milat and John Milat; nephews Michael Milat and Gary Milat.

Serving as pallbearer for Mrs. Castille’s service will be Dr. Michael T. Jacob, Dr. David O. Olson, Len Castille, Billy Knox and Steven Vicha.

A Gathering of Family and Friends is scheduled for Friday November 1, 2019 from 5:30 – 7:30pm at Grammier – Oberle Funeral Home with the recitation of the Rosary for Anne will begin at 6:30. Funeral Services are 2:30 pm Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Grammier – Oberle Funeral Home, The Committal Service will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves, Texas.

The family request memorials to be made in Mrs. Castille’s honor to St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 4602 Proctor Street, Port Arthur, TX 77642.
