Jefferson County indictments for week of 10.25.19

BEAUMONT — A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following individuals this week.

An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.

  • Mark Brantley, 27, of Beaumont was indicted for murder for an incident that occurred July 2.
  • Brandon Lamar Jones, 37, transient, was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred Aug. 18.
  • Kenneth Wayne Hunter, 44, of Port Arthur was indicted for burglary of a habitation or an incident that occurred Sept. 17.
  • Jacoby Tremon Robinson, 23, transient, was indicted for harassment of a public servant: correction or detention facility for an incident that occurred Sept. 3.
  • Michael Lee Sweat, also known as Michael Sweat, 31, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Aug. 11.

  • Colton Bo Dryden, 28, of Beaumont was indicted for driving while intoxicated with child passenger for an incident that occurred July 6.
  • Kirk Edward Schiesler, 24, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft for an incident that occurred June 18.
  • Davon Hagen Achord, 18, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony theft of a firearm for an incident that occurred July 12.
  • James D. Banks, 22, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony theft of a firearm for an incident that occurred July 9.
  • Keyaeiro Shenel Cook-Johnson, 30, of Port Arthur was indicted for aggravated assault for an incident that occurred July 24.
  • Shawn M. Gray, 20, of Beaumont was indicted for harassment of a public servant: correction or detention facility for an incident that occurred June 22.
  • Juan Ramirez Sr., 45, of Port Arthur was indicted for harassment of a public servant: correction or detention facility for an incident that occurred Sept. 20.
  • Wilson Baron Coleman, 47, of Beaumont was indicted for assault-family violence/choking for an incident that occurred Oct. 6.
  • Craig Anthony Kelly, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred Aug. 11.
  • Craig Kelly, 29, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft of a firearm for an incident that occurred Aug. 16.
  • Anthony Solomon, also known as Anthony Edward Solomon, 48, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a building for an incident that occurred April 28.

  • Latoya Tashe Wyckoff, 32, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft, aggregation amounts for incidents that occurred from July 19, 2018 to Oct. 6, 2018.
  • Robert Tyler Clark, 19, of Port Neches was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, for an incident that occurred April 20.
  • Ashlei Nicole McKinney, 31, of Nederland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Feb. 21.
  • Gabriela Vargas, 28, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred April 27.
  • Olivia Elise McAdams, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, for an incident that occurred April 15.
  • Samson Joseph Maciasz Neck, 25, of Austin was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine hydrochloride, for an incident that occurred May 2.
  • Troy Lee Shedrick, 51, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 26.
  • Shaleatha Carrier, 27, of China, Texas, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, for an incident that occurred April 29.
  • Malik Nira Chavis, 22, of Opelousas, Louisiana, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, for an incident that occurred April 20.
  • Curtis Lyndon Cotton III, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, hydromorphone, for an incident that occurred April 2.
  • Rogrick Myron Davis, 32, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 2.
