A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following individuals this week.

An indictment is not a final conviction of guilt; it is only a ruling by the grand jury that allows the district attorney’s office to proceed with a criminal case.

• Mark Vincent Pettway Jr., 21, of Groves was indicted for murder for an incident that occurred Aug. 17.
• Xavier Michael Parrish, 20, of Groves was indicted for murder for an incident that occurred Aug. 17.
• Nayah Mayfield, 20, of Port Arthur was indicted for murder for an incident that occurred Aug. 17.
• Taylor Jones, 19, of Port Arthur was indicted for murder for an incident that occurred Aug. 17.
• Reuben Alvarez Sr., 63, of Beaumont was indicted for money laundering for an incident that occurred March 1, 2018 to May 31, 2019.
• Jordan Henry-Lee Booker, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Sept. 7.
• Henry J. Guillory, 34, transient, was indicted for burglary of a habitation for an incident that occurred Sept. 26.
• Deadrian Mims, also known as De’Adrian Leroy Mims, Deadrian Leroy Mims and Deadrian L. Mims, 32, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony criminal mischief for an incident that occurred July 29.
• Brittany Jefferson, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for injury to an elderly individual for an incident that occurred July 25.
• Damarcus Relford, 28, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft with previous theft convictions for an incident that occurred Aug. 5.
• Tausha Marie Sias, 25, of Port Arthur was indicted for robbery for an incident that occurred July 19.
• Timothy D. Walker, 44, of Beaumont was indicted for unlawful carrying weapon on licensed premises for an incident that occurred June 26.
• Angela Christi Noyola, 37, of Lumberton was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred July 8.
• Todrrick Deorres Poullard, 26, of Port Arthur as indicted for assault on a peace officer for an incident that occurred June 30.
• Donald Wayne Smith Jr., 51, of Beaumont was indicted for unauthorized use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred July 10.
• Diana Le Cogbill, 37, of Orange was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 21.
• Aesha Jameelah Drew, 39, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 30.
• George Cody Ramirez, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, tetrahydrocannabinol, THC, for an incident that occurred April 21.
• Ricky Allen Chance, 48, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred April 26.
• Herbert Wayne Collins, 39, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Oct. 16, 2018.
• Herbert Wayne Collins, 39, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, for an incident that occurred Oct. 16, 2018.
• Herbert Wayne Collins, 39, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, phencyclidine, PCP, for an incident that occurred Oct. 16, 2018.
• Jesse Kyle Faircloth, 38, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred March 8.
• Reginald L. Robinson, also known as Reginald Lamont Robinson, 27, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle for an incident that occurred June 30.
• Michael Eldon Spencer, 55, of Groves was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred March 23.
• Cynthia Hicks Wright, also known as Cindy Hicks Wright and Cynthia Gail Wright, 61, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, for an incident that occurred Nov. 6.
