Claire W. Hall, 90, died on October 7, 2019, in Vancouver, WA. where she had lived since 2016.

Born in New Orleans, Claire was a resident of Port Arthur for over 60 years and was active in the Port Arthur Garden Club, Rotary Club, and The United Methodist Church.

Claire was predeceased by husband David Wiltshire (1987), owner of Texas Electronics, and Wendell Hall (2002), attorney for Neches Title Company.

Survivors include daughters Lark Bernini (Jeffrey) of Los Angeles, Robin Parker of Portland, OR, Wren Wiltshire of Groves, grandchildren Janine Binagia, Seth Fisher, Jazmyn Cardenas (Julian), great-grandchildren Ty, Krystopher, Ava, John, Ariel, and Ericka, also David Binagia and step-daughters Susan Hall of Newark, DE, Sarah Hall of Fort Collins, CO, Sandra Hall of Denver, CO.

At Claire’s request, there will be no funeral service.

Interment will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Port Arthur.
