Mr. Clifton “Noonie” Harris, 63, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Memorial Hermann Hospital – Texas Medical Center.

He was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur, TX where he graduated from Lincoln High School and went on to complete his Automotive Service Excellence Certificate at Lamar State College Port Arthur.

He was a jack of all trades, loved to work with his hands, and lend a hand where ever needed.

He is preceded in death by his father, Felton Harris Sr., his mother, Emily Harris, and 3 sisters, Betty Bryant, Thelma Queen, and Leanna Harris.

He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Pamela Harris; children, Lanasha Phillips, Theressa Mayfield, Ecarla Harris, Yola Thomas (Johnny), LaKeisha Veal, Tonya Kemper, Elroy Kemper, and Crystal Kemper; siblings, Dorothy Marshall, Doris Harris, Eunice Richard, Angela Garcia, Lena Mina (Carlos), Gerald Harris (Detria), Joseph Harris, Lumas “June” Harris (Norma), Joseph Dural, Royal Dural; 19 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends that will truly miss him.

Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Christian Fellowship Church, 3439 Thomas Blvd, Port Arthur, TX, 77642, with visitation from 9 AM until service time.

Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.
