The Port Arthur News E-Edition is available to all through weather delivery concerns
The Port Arthur News is offering free access to its E-Edition.
It is available at panews.com by clicking on E-EDITION in the top menu bar.
The News is delivered in partnership with the U.S. Postal Service, which has been impacted by Tropical Storm Imelda’s strike on Southeast Texas.
All Post Offices within the following 3-Digit ZIP Codes are temporarily suspended. All operations for these Post Offices will be shut down until further notice. There will be no mail delivery or Retail Operations.
The Postal Service said it is monitoring conditions in these areas. As the situation improves, the Postal Service will provide additional information on restoration of service, including the resumption of delivery of mail and the reopening of Post Offices.
