Mr. Earice Kemper Jr. of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Saturday, August 31st 5:30AM at Port Arthur Medical Center.

He was a native of Port Arthur and was a retiree of Texaco/Star Enterprise.

Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, September 10th, 2019 from 9:00AM to 11:00AM at Sacred Heart Parish in Port Arthur, Texas.

Funeral service to commence immediately following at 11:00AM.

Burial will follow in VA Cemetery in Houston, Texas under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.

He is preceded in death by his parents Earice and Rebecca Kemper, and three brothers, Michael Kemper, David Kemper, and Nathan Kemper.

He is survived by three sons Sean Kemper Sr, Jermaine Kemper, Rodney Price, and one daughter La Quanta Vargas, three sisters: Marie Ward, Madeline Kemper, and Almeta Powell, eight grandsons, two granddaughters, and two great grandsons and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
