Jose Alfredo Juarez, 57, of Groves went to be with his Lord and Savior Tuesday, September 3, 2019.

Jose was born December 13, 1961 in Austin, Texas to the late Francisco and Maria Juarez.

He was a born again Christian and was a member of Ridgewood Baptist Church.

Jose was a man of many hats and had many hats. He was a servant to God, his family and friends.

Jose was a handy man, who could do just about anything.

He loved race trucks and hot rods and had a great sense of humor.

Jose was preceded in death by his parents, Francisco Juarez and Maria Soliz Juarez.

He is survived by his wife, Anna Juarez; son, Trevor Juarez; step-sons, Adam and Evan New; grandchildren, Shyla and Lando New; sister, Cecelia Russell and her husband John, and fur-pup, Hank.

A visitation will be held Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., followed by a Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m., at Ridgewood Baptist Church; 2920 Lake Arthur Dr., Port Arthur, Texas.

In lieu of flowers A Memorial Contribution in honor of Mr. Juarez can be made to A Night to Shine SETX.
