Fred LeRoy Haley Jr., 87, of Groves, Texas passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019. Fred was born December 11, 1931 in Tulsa, OK to the late Fred and Lula Haley.

He served in the United State Navy and retired from Occidental Chemical Corporation with over 35 years of service. Fred
enjoyed crossword puzzles and visiting the casinos.

Preceded in Fred’s death were his parents, Fred L. Haley and Lula Strother Haley; wife, Mary Elizabeth Haley and sister, Leonise Teal.

Fred is survived by his children, Fred “Lee” LeRoy Haley III and his wife, JJ of Round Rock, TX; Laura Haley of Nederland, TX; and Alta Miller and her husband Brian of Round Rock, TX; and sister Fredricka Bergeron. Mr. Haley also leaves behind his grandchildren, Logan Elizabeth Haley, Joseph Estrello, Tayci Miller, Noah Haley, Cameron Haley and Will Haley and a host of friends and relatives to cherish his memories.

A gathering of friends and family will be Friday, July 12, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home.
