NFL: Texans to play Jaguars in London on Week 9

The Houston Texans’ Week 9 game will take them to Wembley Stadium in London for the first time to meet the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The NFL on Wednesday announced four NFL games to be played in London for the 2019 season. Houston vs. Jacksonville will be contested at 8:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3.

Jacksonville will be considered the home team.

Other NFL games to be played outside the U.S. in 2019 include: Oakland Raiders vs. Chicago Bears on Oct. 6 at the Tottenham Hotspur’s new stadium in London; Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Carolina Panthers on Oct. 13 at Tottenham; Los Angeles Rams vs. Cincinnati Bengals on Oct. 27 at Wembley; and Kansas City Chiefs vs. Los Angeles Chargers on Nov. 18 at Azteca Stadium in Mexico City.

Houston played its first international game in Mexico City against the Oakland Raiders in 2016.
