UPDATE: Portion of West PA Road closed to large vehicles due to gas line rupture

A portion of West Port Arthur Road is closed from FM 365 to Texas 73 due to a gas line being struck and damaged by a contractor working in the area, according to information from Texas Gas Service.
The city of Port Arthur sent out a notice around 1 p.m. saying the road is closed to all dump trucks and 18-wheelers at this time.
