BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Former Bridge City standout Alexus Henry secured the women’s title in the high jump while the men’s distance medley relay team closed the day with a crown to highlight Monday’s action for UT Arlington at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Henry, a senior, cleared 5-11 ½ to win the event by two inches. It was a season best mark for the senior and gave her a league indoor high jump crown for the first time in her career. Last year, she won the indoor pentathlon title and was second in the high jump.
