The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help locating a missing man identified as Donald Ray Goodman.

Goodman was last heard from around 7:47 a.m. Wednesday while on his way to work that morning. He never arrived at work.

Goodman’s truck was found abandoned on Texas 73 at the Taylor Bayou Bridge by a deputy. Deputies searched the area on the ground and from the air using the sheriff’s department helicopter but did not locate him.

Goodman, 43, an African American who is 5-foot 10-inches tall and weighs 230 pounds with heavy build. He has brown eyes and short black hair with medium complexion.

He was wearing a blue shirt with the logo “Miller Me” and blue jeans.
