Frances Ann Furge Howard passed on January 14, 2019. She was born July 26, 1960 in Port Arthur, Texas.

She lived a fulfilling life as a mother, sister, wife and friend. She loved cooking and making people laugh.

Leaving those she loved dearly are her daughters, Michelle (Pedro) Boykin  and Amanda Chavez. Her sons, Kevin Fruge and Jeffery Howard, twelve grand children  and many, many family members and friends

Services will be held Monday January 21, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Moody- Harris Funeral Home Chapel.
