A person called Port Arthur Police on Sunday after reportedly hearing 15 shots fired but nothing out of the ordinary was located.

The call came in at 9:36 p.m. for an area at 25^th Street and Redbird Street, which is not far from Port Arthur Independent School District auxiliary fields.

A police spokesman said nothing was hit and no one was located. In addition, there was no suspect vehicle description.

The incident was also noted on several local crime watch Facebook pages as well.
