Mrs. Emilie January Kelly, 90, of Port Arthur passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at home surrounded by close family and Pastor who love her.  She was a resident of Port Arthur since 1962, and has been a member of Greater Macedonia Baptist Church for the past 56 years.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Greater Macedonia Baptist Church with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.  Rev. Glenn Holmes will officiate.  Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.

Survivors include:  daughter Jo Lute-Ervin (Douglas) of Seattle, WA; raised daughter Barbara Langlanais of Oklahoma City, OK; sisters, Hester Thomas (David) of Orange, TX, Sarah January of Port Arthur, TX, Eva Dowdell of Los Angeles, CA; brother, Joseph January of Port Arthur, TX and Thomas January (Ann) of Port Arthur, TX; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
