Mr. Frederick (Teddy) Isacc Foster was born September 22, 1954 in Port Arthur, Texas to the late J.C. Montgomery and Carolyn Odett Glasper Foster.  He was the middle child of three and resided in Port Arthur from sunrise to sunset.

Teddy was united in holy marriage to Patricia Ann Foster for 42 years.  He graduated from Abraham Lincoln Class of 1973, and was employed by Labors Local 853 until his accident in 1989.  He departed this life Saturday, November 17, 2018 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.  He is preceded in death by is parents J.C. and Carolyn.

He leaves to cherish his memory a loving and devoted wife, Patricia Foster; two sons, Terrell Foster and Jamal Foster; two daughters-in-law, Latasha Foster and Kabrina Foster; two grandchildren, Trevon Foster and Kayla Foster; two brothers, Willie Foster III and Robert Glasper; four sisters-in-law, Linda Gail Thomas, Kathy Prevost, Veronica Thomas, and Diana Foster; one brother-in-law, Carl Thomas; two granddogs, Sparkle and Coco; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
