Harvey E. Williams, 84, passed away November 7, 2018.  A native and lifelong resident of Port Arthur, Texas, he was a 1953 graduate of Lincoln High School and a 1958 graduate of Texas Southern University in Houston, TX.  Harvey was a faithful member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Mt Sinai Missionary Baptist Church with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
