Mrs. Alma Elliott Everfield, 89 of Port Arthur, Texas died on November 2, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband Solomon Everfield Sr. and three sons, Solomon Jr., Larry and Jimmie Everfield. She is survived by her daughters, Bernice Everfield Davis and Bessie Everfield of Port Arthur, TX, Louise Brown of Houston, TX and Daisey Franklin of Alexandria, LA; sons, Cal Johnson of Houston, TX and Kenneth Everfield of Port Arthur, TX; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, November 10, 2018 at First Sixth Street Baptist Church with visitation from 8 a.m. until service time.  Pastor K. Gardner officiating.  Entombment will follow in Live Oak Cemetery.
