An Orangefield High School junior, charged with making a terroristic threat, was released on bond Tuesday, the Orange Sheriff’s Department said.

“The Sheriff’s Office was made aware of the threats and the school administration was then notified,” Grizzaffi said.

Ordonez made bond Tuesday and was released around 11:30 a.m.

Ordonez told investigators he did not intend to carry out the threats and that he lacked the means to carry out the threats.

A terroristic threat is a Class A misdemeanor.
